On Sakhalin, they were outraged by a piece of “siege bread” in the trash: “The war will begin – it will eat the earth”

The regional Sakhalin publication Zvezda Poronaysk told its readers on Telegram about an incident witnessed by volunteers from a local school. It is reported that the children noticed that someone threw a piece of “siege bread” into one of the trash cans – such products were handed out on the streets of the town on January 27 on the occasion of the anniversary of the lifting of the blockade of Leningrad. The bread, as reported, was specially made for the action by a local entrepreneur free of charge.

The publication published a photo of a discarded piece of bread and said that this “outrageous photo fact” shocked the volunteers who participated in the distribution of bread.

“It is impossible to justify such an ugly act,” the authors of the publication write.

In the comments to the publication, the vast majority of the participants expressed their solidarity with the editors of the Poronaysk Star and the shocked volunteers.

“It’s the pigs that can do this”, “The war will start, they will still remember this piece of bread when they will eat the earth”, “My children ate it with pleasure” – the comments say.

The few statements of readers who hold a different point of view in this discussion have become occasions for insults and personal attacks. In particular, the remark of one of the users that during the blockade bread in Leningrad, for obvious reasons, was baked from not the highest quality products (however, the recipe for Poronaisk “blockade bread” is unknown) and that this is not the best diet for children, faced misunderstanding : “You yourself are disgusting, there is no justice for you.”
