It was decided to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the birth of People’s Artist of the USSR Vyacheslav Tikhonov not only with the traditional film festival “17 Moments”, but also with a football mini-tournament as part of this event.
The idea did not appear by chance: Vyacheslav Vasilievich loved the popular game, he could be seen at the matches of the Moscow Spartak. One of the most famous masters of this club, Evgeny Lovchev, just became the leader of the football action in Pavlovsky Posad, in the homeland of the actor. And the organizational chores with the owners were shared by the sports association “Northern Bastion” under the leadership of Igor Kugushev.
Three teams, which received unusual but appropriate names for the event, played each other in one round. Isaev turned out to be stronger than the competitors, which included football veterans Alexander Filimonov, Dmitry Khlestov, Diniyar Bilyaletdinov, Valery Shmarov, Ruslan Pimenov, Alexander Panov, Dmitry Sennikov, Konstantin Maevsky and two grandsons of Tikhonov – 17-year-old twins Vyacheslav and Georgy. The second was “Eustace”, made up of Serbs, Bosnians and Montenegrins working in Moscow. And the top three was closed by Stirlitz, which brought together representatives of creative teams from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kaluga.
The influx of people was also facilitated by the sunny weather, which settled around noon. The most attentive spectators were the pupils of the local football school, which is called “Paris”. And of course, there were autograph sessions and selfies.
