Omsk Hawks won the second match of the Kharlamov Cup at home

On Sunday, March 12, in the MHL, the Omsk Hawks played the second match of the 1/8 finals of the Kharlamov Cup against the Siberian Snipers and won. The score of the meeting is 5:3. The score in the series up to three victories became 2:0.

In the MHL on March 12, the home match of the Omsk Hawks was held in the playoff series against the Siberian Snipers, where our team won 5:3. Thus, the score in the series was in her favor 2-0.

The “hawks” started the match obviously with the first number, more often forcing the “snipers” to defend themselves at their gates. In the 4th minute, Timofey Davydov charged powerfully and opened the scoring – 1:0.

Further, as in the first match, the guest player Ivan Klimovich scored in response. After that, Mikhalev also scored and then the guests took the lead 2:1.

Then the Omsk residents earned the majority and managed to realize it. Mikhail Gulyaev threw, and Pavel Leuka improved the situation and ended up 2:2.

In the second period, only Timur Mukhanov scored – again the majority was converted.

In the third segment Omsk brought the case to victory. In the middle, Nikita Kholodilin turned the majority into a goal after a pass from Miroshnichenko.

Then Yegor Klimovich also converted the majority of the guests – 4:3. At the 57th minute, Nikolai Khvorov put an end to it – he picked up the puck and sent it to the gates of Novosibirsk. 5:3 in the match!

The Omsk Hawks will play the third match of the series on March 15 in Novosibirsk.
