On March 11, the Omsk Hawks won their first match in the MHL playoffs that started with a score of 5:1. Their rivals here and in the 1/8 final series as a whole are the Siberian Snipers. But in the 6th minute, Mikhail Gulyaev scored the first goal of the Omsk team – with a chic throw.

A minute later, Ivan Klimovich equalized the score at Novosibirsk – 1:1. Then the hosts earned the majority and successfully implemented it. Ilya Reinhardt succeeded – 2:1.

The break benefited the hawks – in the second period, Alexander Filatiev perfectly finalized the episode on the patch and brought the score to 3:1.

In addition, the rally performed by Vyacheslav Malov and Gleb Trikozov was successful – the first one just finished off the puck in the net.

The third period passed without dangerous moments, but ten seconds before the siren Trikozov made the score and 5:1.
