Omsk Avangard confidently defeated Neftekhimik away

The Siberians managed to equalize the score after the break, in the 22nd minute of the match. Tkachev, in equal strength, completed the pass to Boucher, being at the far post. After this, the game began with sharp attacks in both directions. As a result, the Omsk team scored in the minority when Boucher retired. Igor Martynov ran one-on-one with the goalkeeper and was accurate – 2:1. The hosts didn’t even get back until the end of the period.
In the third period, the “hawks” only increased their advantage. First, Damir Sharipzyanov scored a beautiful goal (and again in the minority), throwing from long range, the opposing goalkeeper was unable to cope with such a task. In fact, the visiting captain single-handedly left the entire five outfield players and the goalkeeper out of work.
Well, it became 4:1 after Boucher’s goal on the power play, where he was assisted by Pyanov and Tkachev. Avangard’s victory, after which it takes second place in the East conference.
