Olympic long jump champion Ralph Boston dies
The U.S. Athletics Federation has announced the death of American Olympic long jump champion Ralph Boston at the age of 83.
The greatest long jumper has broken the world record six times. Boston’s legacy and contribution to the sport will live on for generations to come.
Boston is the Olympic champion in 1960, four years later he became the silver medalist, and four years later – in 1968 – the bronze medalist of the Olympic Games.
