On January 25, the IOC called for the return of athletes to competitions in a neutral status in the absence of active support for hostilities in Ukraine. After that, the OCA invited athletes from the Russian Federation and Belarus to take part in the Asian Games – they will be held in Hangzhou in China from September 23 to October 8.
