The 1988 Olympic champion, President of the Russian Skating Union Nikolai Gulyaev was invited to lead the procession.
The athlete said that he, accompanied by the Minister of Sports of Kuzbass Sergei Myaus, led a procession of young people to set a local record on a natural track.
