Offended by ex-husbands, Russian women began to hand over their data to the military registration and enlistment offices

Judging by the public, our country turned out to be rich in patriots who are ready to give back to the Motherland “the most precious thing” – ex-husbands. But not regularly helping morally and financially, but persistent non-payers of alimony. Ladies are so eager to strengthen the country’s defense capability with their exes that they forget: according to the law, all open enforcement proceedings for all types of debts, from alimony to unpaid loans, are suspended against mobilized people.

We talked to all stakeholders in an attempt to understand if there is at least one “beneficiary” in this approach.

The motivations of divorced women are the most understandable, regardless of whether the insidious spouse left for the sake of another or she herself left to “meet a better man,” and never met.

If such a lady has children, then she begins the formulation of her position with them. Muscovite Victoria, 35 years old, in terms of the totality of moral and volitional qualities, the character is rather a caricature, but she directly expresses what many “active citizens” are modestly silent, thus most schematically reflecting the portrait of those who decided to turn from just an ex-wife into an ex-wife front-line soldier.

“I filed for divorce five years ago,” Victoria shares. – To be honest, my mother and I decided to teach my husband a lesson so that he would realize that we could leave him. And then my father got him a good job, I gave birth to two children, my mother sat with our children, helped around the house, and he only ate and slept. He did not pay attention, he did not give gifts to children, although my father arranged a good salary for him.

Mom is sure that he cheated on me, he just didn’t get caught. I thought that he would crawl on his knees to ask for forgiveness, then I would let him go back on my own terms.

Instead, he married someone else, had a child with her, moved to another job, and pays us alimony from a meager salary.

And now, of course, I informed the military registration and enlistment office that he was graduating from a military school, and that he was suitable for his age. Let them find and call.

What is he hiding?

– Since he is hiding from me, then from his duty to his homeland for sure!

– And lawyers say that if a person called up as part of partial mobilization writes an application, then for the duration of his service he will be released from all debts. So you will not see alimony from the accruals to the mobilized.

– They will be released for the duration of the service, but then he will be obliged to pay off all debts, based on front-line income. And if not, this state is obliged to take over. I have two minor children, both of them have him registered as a father. If he does not return, then not only his current family will be indebted, but also me.

– Are you so offended by the father of your children that you wish him not to return?!

– Well, why not, if he becomes a veteran with benefits, that suits me too.

More refined former ones mention not only children, but also the needs of the Fatherland. But behind this, one way or another, the amount of 195,000 rubles a month is visible, which the state promised to transfer to those mobilized on the card, as well as the country’s likely noble assistance to children participating in the NWO.

– Yes, it is possible to pay alimony from payments to those mobilized, – confirms the lawyer Alexander Zimina, – but only if the mobilized does not use his right to suspend proceedings on his debts. To do this, simply write an application. And even if he didn’t have time, this can be done for the conscript by his close relative – parents or legal spouse. I think that just malicious alimony non-payers, if they are found and called, will do it first.

It turns out that “at the knock” of the former, those whose alimony from the “white” salary of their former are too small will go to the line of fire, and she craves her share from the “front-line”.

One of the most active publics on this topic even went out of order from the comments of the stronger sex. The most innocent of them recommended that such conscious and patriotic divorcees, who hand over the former to the military registration and enlistment office, themselves be sent to the front line as nurses, and the children – to their father.

“Of course, not all cases are the same, but something tells me that if a woman thought of this, then a man didn’t get anything good from her during their life together,” this is a summary that all male commentators agreed with. And judging by the remarks of the ladies who do not support this approach, life in terms of plot twists is richer than any series.

“My brother, by his age, did not fall under partial mobilization,” says Elena from the Moscow region. – He served in his youth, and since then he has been in a sedentary job, over 50 he is already. But he himself ran to the draft board and begged him to shave. So his missus got him, which is better under fire.

In the light of what I have heard personally, one, but an important question arises for me: do the front need parasites, alcoholics, malicious alimony and others like them? I’m asking it on condition of anonymity to a professional soldier involved in partial mobilization.

– All these your women’s “revenge” or selfish expectations of alimony – this is a world that does not concern the drafting business, – the officer replies. – If this man is fit and subject, we ourselves will find him and mobilize him. And if not, then at least all the girls thrown by him come and beg, we don’t need him.

– And those who succeeded in surrendering the former to the front boast that they were thanked in the military registration and enlistment office, shook their hands and smiled!

– You know, officers are well-mannered people. If a woman comes and asks, you need to give her what she is waiting for – a smile, a kind word. And everything else, if she is not a doctor and not liable for military service, is not her woman’s business.
