At the same time, Solomatina noted that you don’t need to drink mineral water like table water, she shouldn’t get carried away.
Also, according to her, a lot of the minerals needed in the heat contain dried fruit broths, or, more simply, compotes.
And she also advised adding something sour to the liquid – lemon, cranberries. And this will contribute to more saliva, which, in turn, will cause a feeling as if it is not so hot anymore.
It is important, according to the doctor, that in the heat, one kilogram of a person’s weight should be 35 milliliters of water. That is, you need to drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid per day. That’s about half a liter more than a typical day.
