On a hike or bus tours, it is worth taking only a certain set of products with you as a snack. This was stated by nutritionist Irina Pisareva in an interview with URA.RU. She recommends that travelers pack bread, nuts, dried fruits, vegetable sticks, fruits and cheese with them.
The expert emphasized that these products will help dull the feeling of hunger for a long time. It will not harm the body. Ideally, you should put nuts of any kind and dried fruits with you. They can easily fit in a small container and quickly remove the feeling of hunger.
In second place in popularity are vegetable sticks. For example, from carrots, cucumber, celery. But you need to eat them in the first two hours of the trip. Then they lose their freshness. It is not bad to grab fruits along with vegetables: apples, pears, banana.
The nutritionist urges to refrain from eating carbohydrate bars. They have too much sugar. This can be especially dangerous if a flight is expected. Excess sugar will aggravate thirst. A large amount of liquid drunk will cause swelling in the tissues.
