Among the newcomers of “Siberia” Artem Mikheev, Dinar Himadullin, Pavel Gogolev, Fedor Gordeev and legionnaire Andy Andreoff.
Artem Mikheev and Dinar Himadullin are pupils of the Kazan “Ak-Bars”. The first, before the contract with Sibir, played in Torpedo, the second – in Admiral.
Pavel Gogolev started his career in the Wings of the Soviets, moved to Canada in his youth, where he played in various leagues, in 2017 he played for the Russian junior team at the World Challenge Cup.
Fedor Gordeev is a native of Omsk. At the age of 7 he moved to Canada and has two citizenships. He played in the Canadian leagues, last season he played for the American team Maine Mariners.
Andy Andreoff from Pickering, Canada played in the American clubs in the NHL, the last team was the New York Islanders. Last season he was awarded the Willie Marshall Award as the best scorer in the regular season.
The new season of the KHL championship starts on September 2. “Siberians” will play with Omsk “Vanguard” on the road. The first home match will take place on September 7 against the Astana team “Barys”.
