Novice sports commentator from Nizhnevartovsk became a finalist of the All-Russian award

Andrey Kazak, from Vartov, became a finalist of the IV All-Russian Sports Commentators Award “Voice of Sport” as part of the “Voice of Sport – SIBUR” project.

The young man became the owner of a cash prize in the amount of 30 thousand rubles and a ticket for an internship on one of the channels of the Match TV holding.

Andrei Kazak says that becoming a sports commentator is his long-standing dream. The young man independently recorded various videos, podcasts, and finally decided to participate in the competition.

“It was very interesting to listen to lectures from well-known commentators, to learn the various nuances of reporting, how to put the voice in the right way, and much more. I have only positive emotions and inspiration to move on,” Andriy Kazak said.

It should be noted that SIBUR launched an educational project for future sports commentators in 2022.

“Thanks to the launch of Voice of Sport – SIBUR, we manage not only to popularize the profession of commentators and sports journalists, but most importantly, to find talents in the regions and provide them with a launching pad for development. This is the best investment in the future generation of professionals,” said the head of the social investment program “The formula for good deeds” Elena Snezhko.

The project includes an educational part with a series of lectures from such well-known commentators as Vladimir Stognienko, Viktor Gusev, Gennady Orlov and Roman Skvortsov, and a competitive part: based on the results of the classes, the participants complete the final task – they prepare a report.
