Novgorod National Guard won gold medals at two volleyball tournaments

The head of the private security department of the Russian Guard in the Krestetsky district, police captain Sergei Kachalov, became the winner of two volleyball tournaments within one week. This was reported in the press service of the Office of the Russian Guard for the Novgorod Region.
At the volleyball tournament, which took place in the village of Lyubytino, Sergei Kachalov took part as a player in one of the national teams. Six teams from the Novgorod region participated in the tournament. The team that included the National Guard member won the victory.
In the Moshensky Municipal District volleyball tournament, Sergei Kachalov has already acted as coach of the team from the village of Kresttsy. The team, led by an employee of the Russian Guard, also won gold medals in the competition.
According to Sergei Kachalov, he has been coaching for two years. Team cohesion and a high level of organization help achieve high sports performance, the National Guard member believes.
