Novgorod athlete won bronze at wrestling competitions in Croatia

An athlete from Veliky Novgorod, Nadezhda Sokolova, took bronze in the Zagreb Open rating wrestling tournament, which took place in Croatia, the mayor’s office for sports said.

Novgorodka competes in the 50 kg weight category. She won four out of five fights, losing once to her strongest rival from Japan, Yui Susaki.
