They won’t be able to change anything. In the meantime, they are catching those who messed up on taxes in 2019-2021, – says Nikita Krichevsky.

– Was Blinovskaya caught at an earlier period of non-payment?

– Yes, for 2019-2021. This means that we are most likely talking about monetization through YouTube. In 2022, due to well-known events and sanctions, monetization for Russian bloggers on this social network was disabled, so there are no claims to the same Blinovskaya for a later period.

In our country, in recent years, tax discipline has greatly increased, and up to 99% of taxes are collected, so only those who traditionally do not pay this VAT and who have not reached their hands yet have remained in the database. In this case, bloggers are the same legal entities. Is Blinovskaya last on this list? No, I don’t think it’s the last. Why she? It is possible that as a warning to others, less known. – The scheme, in which the hostess of the “marathon of desires” is accused, is the fragmentation of the business. That is, the transfer of profits from entrepreneurial activities to controlled persons who do not conduct independent entrepreneurial activities, or the use of special tax regimes prohibited for such activities?

– Yes, the tax office does not like such “crushers” who believe that they are smarter than everyone else. In this regard, the tax authorities have already got their hands on legal entities, large companies that evaded taxes using similar methods already in the middle of the last decade. There were very high-profile cases and investigations about this. Mishustin told me about this five years ago. Then the financial literacy of the population increased, and many are already aware that due to automation and digitalization, literally everyone and everything can be tracked. You can’t leave the program. There is a standard incoming cash flow, there is a report that is filled in automatically and sent to the tax office. – At Blinovskaya, 18 interdependent organizations and three individual entrepreneurs were found using a simplified taxation scheme. If there are different owners everywhere, then how to understand that there is only one beneficiary?

– You follow the flow and see that the incoming amount has not really changed, it is simply distributed not to one legal entity, but to 18. Nothing complicated. Do you know why I don’t really feel sorry for the bloggers who got caught? Taxation is not only about money, it also has a social function. Why do I or you pay taxes as expected, while Blinovskaya or Lerchik avoid payments? Are they the best? Is it fair and just to break the law?

– How did they get caught so naively and stupidly, if it is known that you can’t get away from the program?

– You yourself answered this question. Because many bloggers who teach people about life are not really the smartest people in the world, alas.

– Why not hire a financial consultant in this case? It’s probably cheaper than paying 918 million rubles in arrears at the risk of being behind bars?

– In fact, non-payment of net VAT by Blinovskaya, I believe, is about 500-600 million. 918 million is the amount of shortfall plus fines and penalties for three years. The latter make up about 30-40% of the total figure. But I think she has already paid much more, as they wrote that bloggers cash out the received non-cash. To cash out is to pay at least 20% of the amount to someone else. That is, to give no less than the VAT that they did not want to return to the state.

– That is, it was easier to pay taxes honestly and sleep peacefully?

– Exactly. It is clear that some well-known bloggers, their so-called curators, the roof, can rub that it’s easier this way, that everything is fine that the scheme was revealed to be working. And the bloggers themselves usually do not think that they and their financial illiteracy are simply feeding on them.

– And what about the case with Blinovskaya’s roof, if she had it, most likely, it did not help?

How did you not help? Blinovskaya was caught at the border. As I understand it, she was told in advance that she needed to buy a ticket not to Alma-Ata, but to travel by car through Belarus. But, apparently, the curator did not know that the tax office had already transferred her orientation to the FSB. The border service put a flag on the exit. Naturally, questions to Blinovskaya did not arise yesterday, and it was clear that she would try to escape from the country.

– So it was necessary not on a conspicuous Maybach through a checkpoint, but on partisan paths and on foot?

– Useless. We have a common base with Belarus. She would have been detained there anyway. As for Maybach, as far as I know, it was rented – it was purely show-off.

– What now awaits the most popular blogger in Russia, who taught women to realize their desires?

– What’s waiting? Maybe nothing wrong. Not so long ago, a law was adopted that if the offender covers the amount of arrears, then the criminal prosecution is terminated. Unless, of course, over time, the 159th part 4 will not join here.
