New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arder has announced she is stepping down.
According to her, leading a country is one of the most difficult jobs in the world. It can be performed only if there is a “full tank” and a lot of strength.
“If you do not have a full tank and strength, you will not be able to lead the whole country. This summer, I thought for a long time and realized that I don’t have that extra in the tank to do my job efficiently and properly,” she told local media.
It is specified that the vote for the new Prime Minister of New Zealand will take place on January 22. At the same time, general elections will be held on 14 October.
