The Penza Ministry of Sports announced the updating of equipment at the regional water sports school.
The region is doing everything to improve the training process of our athletes. It became known that new equipment in the form of starting stands and sides for the pool appeared in the Dolphin sports and recreation center.
The cost of the new equipment was 3.1 million rubles.
The new stands will become more convenient for athletes; they can be customized for each swimmer individually.
“The difference compared to the old cabinets is colossal. The children had no experience of starting from new bedside tables, which was reflected in the results in the competition. Now we have installed new modern models. The children began to practice the start as needed,” Dmitry Fedotov, senior coach and teacher of the swimming department of the water sports school, said about the new clothes.
