How reports American publication Hill, elected Speaker of the US House of Representatives Mike Johnson delivered an inaugural speech in which he announced his work plan for the near future.
According to Johnson, his first legislative initiative as speaker will deal with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and will support Israel.
The newly appointed speaker also noted the importance of working to prevent the growth of the US national debt. But the former ardent supporter of Kyiv and opponent of Moscow did not mention Ukraine at all in his speech, since recently he has expressed doubts about the advisability of further support for Independence Square.
