New EU sanctions may affect Alfa-Bank, Russia Today and Wagner PMC

EU politicians and experts this week will begin discussing the next, 10th since the beginning of the NWO, a package of sanctions against Russia. This was reported on February 13 by Politico. According to him, the new package, which is planned to be announced on the anniversary of the start of the SVO, will include restrictions against Russian banks, journalists from state media, employees of administrations in new territories, as well as individuals and companies associated with PMC Wagner.

Financial sanctions will be imposed on four Russian banks, of which only one is named – Alfa-Bank, controlled, according to the wording of Politico, by “Russian-Israeli billionaire Mikhail Fridman.” These will not be the first Western sanctions against Alfa-Bank. Since April 2022, this institution has been on the sanctions list (SDN-List) of the US Department of the Treasury, which means the freezing of its assets on American territory and a complete ban on transactions with it for all American residents. Alfa Bank is owned by Luxembourg-based ABH Holdings. In mid-March 2022, the company’s shareholder structure changed: German Khan and Alexei Kuzmichev left the co-owners of the credit institution, they owned 21 and 16.3% of the shares, respectively. The bank has five minority shareholders, the share of each of them is not controlling. Most of all – 41% – belongs to Andrey Kosogov, who was at the origins of the creation of the financial business of Alfa Group. The remaining shareholders did not change their share of ownership: Petr Aven owns 12.4%, Fridman – 32.9%, UniCredit SpA – 9.9%, Mark Foundation for Cancer Research – 3.9%.
