Netflix Hits 5M Budget Subscribers, Plans to Launch Half-Hour Commercials

The company took this step in order to attract low-income buyers and oust competitors. In seven months, the company managed to attract 5 million subscribers. The company also wants to create a new format of advertising – half-hour commercials-serials, which will be shown in parts before viewing the content for several days. Only on the streaming service is this format possible, according to Netflix, as viewers don’t usually watch just one channel.
