At the final stage, hydrophobization will be carried out, which will reliably protect the walls from the aggressive influence of precipitation. All architectural elements will be restored to their former beauty: decorative brackets, architraves will be repaired, the crowning cornice and portals of the entrance groups will be restored. After the completion of the main complex of works on the renovation of the facade, window and door openings will be repaired, and new pipes for the external drain will be hung. The basement of the building will be re-plastered, balcony screens and entrance doors will be replaced.
On the roof of the house, they will replace the crate, roofing and strengthen the truss system, replacing the elements that have become unusable. All wooden structures will be covered with a fire and bioprotective composition, and mineral wool boards will be laid in the attic to maintain a stable thermal regime.
