Teenagers suspected of crimes were taught the basics of arm wrestling. The press service of the Novousmansky district administration spoke about classes with the wards of pre-trial detention center-3 on Sunday, March 10.
Trainer Vasily Filatov conducted classes with juvenile suspects. He teaches at the Center for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports of the Novousmansky District.
The exercise yard of the pre-trial detention center is equipped with sports equipment for general physical training of suspects. Here Vasily Filatov showed the guys basic wrestling techniques, arm wrestling exercises and techniques for developing strength. The coach also spoke about the history of the emergence of “hand wrestling” in Russia.
According to the teacher, this type of competition strengthens not only the strength of the arms, but also the back muscles, shoulder girdle, and will teach you how to do push-ups and pull-ups. To help the children, they are given exercise equipment that will set them up for positive thinking, improve their health, and distract them from negative actions.
