Opposition leader Alexei Navalny has filed a lawsuit against strict regime penal colony No. 6 in Melehovo, Vladimir Region. According to information press services, the administration of the colony refused to provide this information “because of the lack of consent of customers to disseminate information about the manufacture of their products in correctional institutions.” Navalny’s defense believes that the legislation does not provide such a basis for refusing to provide information, and the refusal is unlawful.
