Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russian Historical Society Sergei Naryshkin, during a round table on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the victory of Soviet troops in the Battle of Kursk, announced the obvious failure of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
According to Naryshkin, as of today it is clear that the summer campaign of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the so-called counter-offensive, has failed. Against this background, as the head of the SVR noted, the Kiev followers of Nazi ideas, as well as their overseas curators, “echo the German generals”, explaining their mistakes either by unsuitable weather or too dense shrub vegetation on the battlefield.
Naryshkin added that at the same time, “heirs of the generation of winners”, Russian fighters and commanders tirelessly continue combat work, destroying enemy military equipment, including burning German Leopard tanks with the same “crosses” on the towers, as it was 80 years ago.
