Naro-Fominsk schoolchildren took gold at a Kalashnikov assault rifle shooting competition in Chechnya. The city district administration reports this.
The tournament took place over a week at the Russian University of Special Forces. Several tests were organized for the participants every day. In total there were 17 teams from different cities. That’s almost 200 shooters.
The administration reports that the Grozny team became the leader of the competition. They have victories at almost all stages. The best lost to the guys from the Moscow region in shooting with a Kalashnikov assault rifle. Here we have well-deserved gold. The Naro-Fominsk team, taking ninth place in the overall standings, entered the top 10.
