The specialist noted that caffeine is used to be considered undesirable for health, as it carries an additional burden in cardiovascular complications. At the same time, in the right amount, coffee increases attention, lowers the risk of chronic diseases like cancer or diabetes, and also helps the body resist viruses.
In addition, coffee improves memory and contains vitamins B1 and B2, E and PP and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium.
Serebrennikova does not rule out that butter can also be useful, since it contains vitamin A. Saturated fats maintain the body’s body temperature and have a beneficial effect on the internal organ system. However, they must be used in food in a balanced way – no more than 10% of the calorie content of the daily diet.
