July, October and August will be the most profitable months for vacation next year. About it informed Yulia Sanina, Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development of the Rabota.ru service, told reporters.
According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the number of working days and days off in a month should not affect the salary of employees who receive an official salary. However, in some months one working day costs more than in the rest. It is in July, October and August 2024 that there will be the most working days – from 22 to 23. In connection with this, they will be paid more for them. As the expert pointed out, if there are many holidays and days off in a month, then working days will cost less and it will be unprofitable to take a vacation at this time. These months include January, which will have only 17 working days, June (19), February (20) and two spring months – March and May, each of which will also have 20 working days.
The day before, on August 18, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the production calendar in our country for 2024. According to the order of the Prime Minister, the New Year holidays will last 10 days – from December 30 to January 8. Non-working days will also be from 23 to 25 February and from 8 to 10 March. You can also relax on June 12, from November 3 to 4 and from December 29 to 31 next year. May holidays can be divided into two periods: non-working days will be from April 28 to May 1 and from 9 to 12 of the last month of spring.
