Gazeta.ru: Work chats do not irritate only one out of five Russians surveyed
Only 21% of Russians surveyed do not find work chats negative. Gazeta.Ru got acquainted with the results of the SuperJob survey.
Twenty-two percent of employees leave because of messages that are not related to the business process. These include postcards with greetings or congratulations, gifs and photo cards.
The very fact of having a working correspondence annoys 8 percent of the respondents. 7 percent are annoyed by messages outside of work hours. Stupid questions about the unprofessionalism of colleagues are outraged by 6 percent. Errors in grammar or duplicated information annoy 4 and 3 percent of respondents. 2 percent are annoyed by the presence of several chats in different social networks, voice or very long messages, as well as their constant stream.
10 percent of respondents had the following complaints about chats: slang, roll calls, emoticons, complaints, demands to communicate in a certain messenger, and so on.
And only 21 percent of people are neutral about work correspondence.
The lack of specifics, pictures and conditional boundaries of the work schedule strained the male audience more. The very presence of such chats, repeated questions and indifferent communication unnerved women.
