Political scientists Alexei Martynov and Pavel Danilin made a rating of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Data collection for the rating was carried out from September to December 2022.
To determine the rating of a parliamentarian, political scientists evaluated four non-equilibrium factors:
- index of popular vote, which evaluates the ability of a deputy to mobilize his supporters;
- index of activity of a deputy in the State Duma – allows you to evaluate his legislative activity;
- media index – the frequency of mentioning a deputy in the media and social networks;
- index of work in the region – gives an assessment of the work of the deputy in a particular territory.
According to the study, Alexander Khinshtein (United Russia), Andrey Makarov (United Russia) and Yaroslav Nilov (LDPR) took the first three places in the “usefulness” rating.
In addition, Pavel Krashenninikov, Andrey Kartapolov, Anna Kuznetsova, Vitaly Milonov, Viktor Volodatsky, Pyotr Tolstoy and Adam Delimkhanov entered the top 10 of the ranking.
