“The economy is recovering quickly, thanks to the flexibility and efficiency of the private sector. The business has not just coped, it is making plans. Business climate indicators are near ten-year highs. Economic activity is recovering very quickly,” Nabiullina said during the speeches at a meeting of the Federation Council.
The day before, during the IX All-Russian Congress of Financial Education Volunteers Nabiullina toldthat the Russian economy is close to returning to the level of economic activity of the end of 2021. She noted that although the worst forecasts did not come true, “this does not mean that the tests are over.”
According to Nabiullina, today the Russian economy is developing according to the accelerated adaptation scenario. The structural restructuring of the Russian economy is proceeding faster than expected.
