The Russian capital will experience the heaviest rainfall in September on Monday night. Leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, warned that up to 7-10 millimeters of precipitation (15% of the monthly norm) could fall.

According to him, there will be a “short interruption caused by a cold atmospheric front.” He, as noted, has already crossed the western border of Russia.

Thus, the heaviest precipitation is expected in September. Showers with an intensity of up to 7-10 millimeters will fall, Tishkovets predicts. This is approximately a bucket of rainwater per square meter.
