Muscovites were warned about ice, fog and freezing rain on February 12
Ice, freezing rain, fog and the accumulation of wet snow are expected in Moscow on February 12 from 6:00 to 21:00, follows from the message on website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the capital region.
Muscovites and guests of the capital were advised not to take shelter under trees and avoid shaky structures and billboards.
Motorists were advised to avoid sudden maneuvers such as overtaking, changing lanes and speeding, and park their vehicles away from trees.
