The forecaster noted that it is possible to start the heating system when the average daily temperature is +8 degrees and lasts for five days. So, according to Tishkovets, on September 1, the thermometer showed +10 degrees, on the 2nd – +9, on the 3rd and 4th – +10, on the 5th – +8, on the 6th – +9, 7- go – +5.
The expert called September 8 the coldest day of the month. However, as Tishkovets noted, the Scandinavian cyclone is expected to arrive on September 9, which will bring more pleasant weather.
