Murdered ex-member of the Rada Kiva was summoned to court in Ukraine

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Ilya Kiva, who was killed in early December in Ukraine, received a summons to appear in court after his death. This was reported by the local publication Novoye Vremya.
“Kiva was summoned to court posthumously. The story dated December 13 says that he was summoned to the Lychakivsky District Court of Lvov on December 27,” said the publication on the publication’s Telegram channel.
The summons published by the publication states that Kiva is summoned as a defendant on December 27.
Kiva’s body was discovered on December 6 in the village of Suponevo, Moscow Region, and a murder case was opened. Previously, in the evening, in the park of one of the cottage villages in Suponev, someone shot at a deputy, who died on the spot.
A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrei Yusov, stated that Kiva was liquidated “during a special operation by the SBU.”
