Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said that in Russia the level of satisfaction of the population with medical care is about 43%. “In recent months, this figure has been growing,” the head of the department noted at a webinar of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on increasing the availability of medical care in primary care.

According to the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare, the trend continues, and the indicator of satisfaction with medical care is one of the highest in previous periods. The minister noted at the same time that “this figure, of course, is insufficient.”

According to the presentation presented by Murashko, the highest level of satisfaction (88.5%) is noted in the solution of a medical problem. About half of the population is satisfied with the attitude of the medical staff, the explanation of the treatment and the comfort of the organization.
