Murashko announced the active spread of swine flu
The head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Murashko, said that swine flu (H1N1) began to spread actively this season, so vaccination is of great importance.
At the Armenian-Russian Health Forum, Murashko said: “Now this season, the H1N1 flu has begun to spread actively, plus the rhinosincitial virus, adenovirus infection.”
Therefore, according to the minister, preventive measures include vaccination “against influenza, against covid infection, against pneumococcal infection.”
“All this matters,” Murashko emphasized.
People who have not yet been vaccinated against influenza should be vaccinated, the minister said.
And those who were vaccinated against coronavirus more than 6 months ago should be revaccinated.
Murashko recalled that the Sputnik vaccine is now used intranasally. At the same time, it prevents not only coronavirus, but also the transmission of adenovirus infection.
