Muceniece again sued Priluchny over alimony
Russian actress Agata Muceniece again filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Pavel Priluchny to receive alimony for their two common children. Writes about this StarHit with reference to the press service of the Golovinsky Court in Moscow.
In mid-December last year, the actress from “Closed School” abandoned a similar lawsuit, but subsequently changed her mind and went to court again on December 25. Muceniece requested the annulment of the notarial agreement with Priluchny, according to which he paid her 100 thousand rubles monthly for the maintenance of her daughter and son.
It is noted that Muceniece demands to receive a third of her ex-husband’s income every month until 2031, when her son Timofey turns 18. After this, the percentage will decrease to 25%, and alimony will be paid until Mia’s daughter comes of age.
Priluchny and Muceniece got married in 2011. In 2020, the actress accused Priluchny of domestic violence and filed for divorce.
