MP Lantratova proposed to allow the use of mother capital for the treatment of children

Yana Lantratova, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, took the initiative to expand the operation of maternity capital.
As the deputy said, this idea was prompted by the appeals of citizens who ask the authorities to provide an opportunity to use maternity capital funds for the treatment of children.
“Often, parents are faced with problems associated with the need for an expensive surgical operation or treatment of a newborn child in the presence of appropriate medical indications,” Lantratova said.
The MP has already submitted a proposal to the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin.
