The Ministry of Education allowed driving schools to teach motorists to drive a motorcycle according to a reduced program – without listening to 84 hours of lectures on knowledge of traffic rules, the basics of legislation, etc. The volume of mandatory practical training remained the same. The new option will be popular with citizens, as such training is faster and cheaper than a full-fledged course, experts say. However, “Kommersant” has not yet been able to find a single school with a reduced course. Market participants say that this is unprofitable for most educational organizations.
