Most Muscovites approved of cuffs to children

68% of Moscow residents voted favorably in favor of giving cuffs to children as educational goals. About it writes Moslent portal with a link to its own survey.
At the same time, 25% of Muscovites expressed their complete rejection of violence against children. In addition, 7% of respondents said that they regularly raise their hand to their children as an upbringing and do not see anything wrong with it.
Those who voted for the latter option also noted that they were brought up in the same way in childhood.
Recall that in the summer of 2022, VTsIOM conducted a survey on the use of physical violence against children for educational purposes. Then 13% admitted that they practice corporal punishment – slaps, clicks and cuffs. Another 7% answered that they use belt punishment.
Moreover, mothers resort to physical punishment of children more often than fathers – 14% and 11%.
