Most interested in the placement of students are in medicine and manufacturing

Every second employer (51%) is ready to participate in the program for the distribution of university graduates if the authorities decide to return to this system, showed survey Superjob. On the contrary, every fifth company (20%) is not interested in this. Most often, such respondents refer to the fact that they “need people with experience.” At the same time, almost every tenth (12%) organization reported that it was already cooperating with universities on employment of young specialists. The survey showed that interest in distribution is most often expressed in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors (58% and 57%, respectively). More than every fifth company in the IT and education sectors has already established interaction with universities, without waiting for the introduction of distribution (27% and 22%, respectively). Every third company in logistics and transport (32%) is not interested in employees without experience.

The survey also confirmed that in the regions the need for young personnel is higher. Regional companies speak about their desire to participate in the distribution program much more often than those in Moscow and St. Petersburg (59%, 45% and 44%, respectively).
