The minimum set of products cost 6923 rubles
In Moscow, sketchbooks and ballpoint pens have risen in price, while televisions and microwave ovens have fallen in price. Mosstat spoke about what happened to the capital prices in March.
As MK learned, with the onset of spring, prices for some products finally began to fall. Notable all decreased the cost of fresh cucumbers – by 21.2%. Potatoes also fell in price – by 5.5%, white cabbage – by 3%, oranges – by 2.8%, lemons – by 1.1%. The cost of sausages and sausages decreased by 2.1%, and chilled and frozen chickens decreased by 1.3%.
Prices for some vegetables nevertheless increased: fresh tomatoes went up by 13.9%, fresh greens – by 3.8%, onions – by 3.2%, and carrots – by 3.5%. The cost of bananas is also not encouraging (it has grown by 10.3%). Grapes grew in price – by 5.4%, and pears – by 5%.
The cost of the minimum set of food products in Moscow in March 2023 amounted to 6923 rubles. Compared to February, it decreased by 0.2%, and compared to December 2022, it increased by 1.5%.
Prices for non-food products in March also did not stand still. Sketchbooks (by 8.7%) and ballpoint pens (by 5.6%) suddenly went up in price. On the other hand, prices for televisions fell by 4%, by 3.2% for microwave ovens and by 2% for washing machines.
In addition, ascorbic acid rose in price – a package of 100 dragees increased in price by 2.1%. And valerian tablets, on the contrary, fell in price by 2%.
Air transport services also rose in price (by 15.7%), services in the field of foreign tourism (by 6.6%) and excursion services (by 4.8%). At the same time, railway transport services became cheaper by 5.4%.
