“I know about this video. Any cruelty and wrongfulness requires the intervention of the state, and I know that today the investigating authorities are engaged in verifying these facts, establishing the true state of affairs in order to determine whether they are genuine and who is guilty of these events,” said Ms Moskalkova.
The video of the murder appeared on November 12 in Telegram channels. On it, Evgeny Nuzhin declares that he was kidnapped and is going to be judged. After these words, an unknown person in the background breaks his head with a sledgehammer. The message of the Gray zone Telegram channel, which is associated with Wagner PMC, said that the former fighter of the military company voluntarily surrendered to the Ukrainian military and began to actively cooperate with them.
November 13, the creator of the formation Yevgeny Prigozhin commented video with the phrase “to a dog – dog death”, and called the video itself “an excellent director’s work”. He believes that the fighter was “recruited by the CIA and went to prison for 27 years in advance in order to infiltrate the PMC and create the conditions for his execution.”
