Moskalkova called dialogue with Kiev about protecting people who support Russia difficult

Dialogue with Kiev on the protection of citizens of the Russian Federation and Ukraine with pro-Russian views is difficult, reported Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova.

“It is very difficult to have a dialogue on the protection of civilians – citizens of the Russian Federation and citizens of Ukraine, who have been subjected to repression on the territory of Ukraine due to pro-Russian views, only views, this is enough to receive a long term of imprisonment. I’m not even talking about the conditions of their detention and the methods by which evidence in the case is obtained,” she explained during a meeting of the commission on the parliamentary investigation of the criminal actions of the Kiev regime against children (quote according to TASS).

On October 9, at the 54th session of the UN Human Rights Council, Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights Nada Al-Nashif statedthat the organization is concerned about the conviction of potentially innocent individuals in Ukraine on charges of collaboration with Russia. In total, Kyiv opened about 6,000 such criminal cases.

State Duma and Federation Council created parliamentary commission to investigate the criminal actions of the Kyiv regime against children in July. It included 13 deputies and 13 senators. Vedomosti experts noted that Russia is thus responding to similar accusations against itself.
