Moskalkova announced the cancellation of 245 cases of erroneous mobilization with her assistance

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on the Development of Civil Society, said that in 2022, as a result of her work or with her assistance, decisions on the mobilization of 245 people were revised.
“As a result of work with appeals in 245 cases, decisions on conscription within the framework of partial mobilization were canceled and revised. These are people who had four children who had illnesses and other reasons for exemption from partial mobilization,” said Ms. Moskalkova (quoted by Interfax).
Today, April 17, in the morning Vedomosti reportedthat over 23% (almost 18.6 thousand) of all appeals to the Ombudsman in 2022 were related to the military operation in Ukraine. 4,277 appeals concerned assistance to citizens of the LPR, DPR, and Ukraine, 10,817 – to protect the rights of the military from the combat zone, 3,493 – to mobilized.
