The draft Moscow budget allocates subsidies in the amount of 95 billion rubles for the next three years. for the restoration of Donetsk and Lugansk. This is stated in project budget of the capital, which drew attention RBC.
It is planned to allocate 35 billion rubles for the restoration of Donetsk and Lugansk in 2024, and 30 billion rubles each in 2025–2026. The funds will be allocated through the capital’s department of capital repairs.
The state program for the restoration and socio-economic development of the four regions annexed to Russia appeared in the draft budget for 2024–2026. Its volume for three years will be 653.5 billion rubles, including 232.9 billion in 2024. According to the state program, 62.3 billion rubles. of this amount should be provided by the regional budgets.
According to the plan, by the end of 2024, infrastructure restoration should be carried out in 96 settlements of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, including 42 settlements in the DPR and 36 in the LPR.
The head of the Ministry of Construction, Irek Fayzullin, reported that the regions patronizing the new entities have allocated 115.6 billion rubles for their restoration in 2023.
Previously, the government appointed Rosatom as the supplier of electricity in the new territories: it will buy electricity at tariffs from local power plants and at market prices from stations in neighboring regions of Russia.
