Moscow State Duma deputy: unfinished water park will be converted into a social service center at the expense of the city budget

On the basis of many years of long-term construction in the Zelenograd administrative district (ZelAO), a modern building of the center of social services for the population will be built. Andrey Titov, deputy of the Moscow City Duma, said that the funds for this were allocated as part of the targeted investment program of the capital.
According to him, the re-profiling of the water park, which stopped work more than 10 years ago, is a good solution to an old problem.
The MP specified that preparatory work for design and construction is underway. Titov added that it is planned to house social services and activities in the building. For example, circles of “Moscow longevity” and classes for children.
“The new site will have a convenient location – between the pond and the fourth microdistrict, which will allow residents of all surrounding houses to use the capabilities of this building,” the deputy emphasized.
Andrey Titov explained that the city’s targeted investment program is a large set of expenses. But the money will go to the most important objects for the population. We are talking about institutions of the social sphere, sports and culture. In his opinion, they will be able to bring them to a new level.
