More than 50 Moscow industrial enterprises have become partners in the “Engineering Class in a Moscow School” project, and about 10 of them are companies from the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. And specialists from the “Open#Mosprom” project help schoolchildren attend excursions to factories. “It is important that schoolchildren are motivated to obtain professions in high-tech industries. Now our specialists are helping to organize excursions to more than 50 metropolitan enterprises in the medical, automotive, engineering, chemical, food, light and other industries,” said Moscow Government Minister, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
He added that about 10 partners are companies operating in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Inter-industry clusters of photonics and microelectronics, electric vehicle manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, as well as the Federal Center for Unmanned Aviation Systems are actively developing in the SEZ. All of them require a constant influx of personnel. Since September of this year, with the support of “Otkry#Mosprom”, schoolchildren have attended 194 excursions to enterprises. According to the General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, Gennady Degtev, on such tours, schoolchildren can get acquainted with high-tech production, which will give an understanding of how the work of a modern engineer works. Children can take part in master classes with equipment.
