It became known about the state of health of a four-day-old baby who received burns from a hot heating pad in an apartment in the north-east of Moscow.
As MK previously reported, the boy was born on March 30, and he and his mother were discharged from the hospital on April 2. The baby was constantly crying from colic, and the young mother decided to relieve the pain. The woman poured hot water into a heating pad, wrapped it in a towel and placed it in the children’s bed. Half an hour later, she heard a loud cry. Mom took the child in her arms and saw burns on his body. The baby was hospitalized with a diagnosis of thermal burns of the feet of the first and second degree.
The baby is undergoing treatment and will be discharged in a couple of days.
